Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access after purchase, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once the file or download link has been delivered.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, receive the wrong file, or are charged more than once for the same order, please contact Scripture People and we will work to resolve the issue.

Physical products, when added to Scripture People, may have separate return or exchange terms depending on the item and supplier.
